Deposit & Penalty: Credit card required to guarantee reservation. One night will be charged for no-shows and cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled arrival. Changes to check-out date after arrival will result in a $150 early departure fee. SXSW Reservation Cancellation/Change Deadline: SXSW will charge a $50 processing fee to the credit card on file for each reservation that is cancelled or reduced in length of stay within 21 days of scheduled check-in.
